1969 Shelby GT 350
This particular Shelby GT 350 as you can see for yourself it is a sensational looking car. The factory Candy Apple paint job has just been completed and is of a very high quality. Please note the factory style Goodyear Ploy glass tires and the brand new Shelby wheels. When the car was painted, the body shop also cleaned the underside of the car and then re-sprayed and detailed. I hope that you can see by the number of photos that I have provided for you that this is a very nice car.
The doctor that I am selling this Shelby for has a very nice collection of cars. It just happens to be a duplicate of a 69 GT 350 fastback that he purchased many years ago. He has a sentimental attachment to this first Shelby.
I have a great deal of documentation on the car including an original factory build sheet (very rare), the Emminger report (which is like the factory order form) and a deluxe Marti Report. Of all the 1969 Fastbacks made only 68 had Candy apple red paint with white interior. A great many of these cars had gold stripes. As you can see by the Emminger Report it was ordered with white stripes. There were very few done this way.
Please look under Special Instructions on that report and you will see White Body Stripes were special ordered. One of the other special documents I have with this car is the Shelby invoice to the original Shelby dealership. There will be a large binder filled with repair orders and maintenance items plus copies of factory brochures and ownership history that you will receive with the car.
This will always be a Shelby that is a step above the rest because its documentation and its very rare color combination and equipment. Please call me if you are serious about purchasing this car and I will be glad to answer any questions for you.
